My client are an award winning, regional developer who have extensive knowledge and experience in the new build housing industry. They thrive of delivering high quality developments for there clients and have been acknowledged for this, received awards year on year. Due to the continued growth of the business, they are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join there very successful team on an initial project in the Stratford Upon Avon area.
As an Assistant Site Manager, You will part take in the following:
+ Cost Monitoring and project costing
+ Carrying out reports
+ Responsible to assist with the day to day running of the development
+ Attending scope, pre-start and project progress meetings
+ Ensure that effective procedures to monitor and control Health & Safety, Quality, Time and Cost are adhered to
+ Ensure that the project is completed, cleaned and handed over to the Client in a managed way
+ Prepare detailed works programme to reflect project requirements
+ Monitor & update programme and prepare progress report
What are we looking for from applications?
+ Experienced Assistant Site Manager with proven track records in the new build housing industry
+ CSCS Managers & Professionals, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid
+ Desire to build high quality homes
+ Proven track record in a similar role
+ Full UK driving licence
