Are you an experienced Administrator?
My client are a Birmingham based, sub contractor who work on behalf of some of the most well known housing developers in the Midlands. They are currently recruiting for a Construction Administrator who can work closely with the site and office teams.
As a Construction Administrator, You will part take in the following:
+ To take incoming call from customers, taking down the correct information to be passed on to the relevant people.
+ Working closely with site and office teams to manage documentation
+ Uploading documents to accessible portals
+ Responsible for completing health and safety files, work permits etc.
+ Managing deliveries for the relevant sites
+ Support the Management team ensuring communication is kept well with all teams
What are we looking for from applications?
+ Customer service experience, ideally phone based.
+ Excellent phone manner and the ability to take down information promptly and correctly.
+ Computer literate
+ Full UK driving license
+ Experience in a similar role
