These projects are across the retail, leisure, hospitality and commercial sectors. Due to the continued growth of the company they are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager based in the West Midlands who can continue to grow with the business.
As an Site Manager, You will part take in the following:
+ Co-ordinate sub-contractors site attendance to achieve programme
+ Confidently represent the Company in the normal project team environment
+ Develop the project from the brief
+ Responsible for the day to day running of the contract
+ Attending scope, pre-start and project progress meetings
+ Liaise with and report to the Client’s representative on all project and account issues
+ Ensure that effective procedures to monitor and control Health & Safety, Quality, Time and Cost are adhered to
+ Ensure that the project is completed, cleaned and handed over to the Client in a managed way
+ Obtain all surveys, asbestos, H&S drawing, contract information prior to commencement
+ Prepare detailed works programme to reflect project requirements
+ Monitor & update programme and prepare progress report
What are we looking for from applications?
+ Experienced Contracts Manager with proven track records in refurb & fit-out industry
+ CSCS Managers & Professionals, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid
+ Desire to carry out high quality fit-out projects
+ Proven track record in a similar role
+ Experience Managing projects from £50,000 to £3/£4 million
