My client are a new build housing developer based in the Warwickshire area. Due to an increase in projects across the Midlands region my client is looking for a Customer care Manager to support the aftersales process. Working with the sales team and construction site management to handle any after sales complaints of quires. Being the co-ordinator between the building maintenance contractors, Site team, after sales team and clients.
As an Customer Care Manager, You will part take in the following:
+ To take incoming call from customers, taking down the correct information to be passed on to the relevant people.
+ Any construction defects reported ae upload correctly on to the system
+ Liaise with customers, sub contractors and site managers to ensure that all associated works are carried out at agreed times.
+ Ensure all remedial works are updated on the system and communicated between the Customer Liaison Manager.
+ Effectively liaise with management, maintenance supervisor, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure minimum response times to customer care issues.
+ Produce all relevant documentation relating to customer care accurately and in a timely manner.
What are we looking for from applications?
+ Customer service experience, ideally phone based.
+ Excellent phone manner and the ability to take down information promptly and correctly.
+ Experience in a similar role
+ Knowledge of the house building industry
