Bespoke Civils Solutions are currently seeking a project manager with a background in demolition to join our client based in Rotherham on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced project manager looking to take the next step in their demolition career with a renowned company that have been trading for over 40 years.
The role will be 50% office based and 50% site based, as the project manager your main responsibilities will involve writing method statements & risk assessments, managing contracts at a senior level, writing RAMS, taking care of health & safety documentation and assisting with some pricing responsibilities.
In order to be considered for the job the candidate must have:
- 5-10 years’ experience in demolition in a project manager capacity
- CSCS Black card
- The ability to learn on the job
